The book is about helping those who feel held back by their past mistakes. The move that i encourage people to take in the book is to turn and face the problem. Andn if you're among the 60 % they would say, ha, some thing in the past is keeping me from the future, then then don't run from it. I would say, you turn and face it somehow and in some way.
