Is the Better Care Act Going to Eliminate Formeticade?
The better care act would eliminate this policy where you basically have to spend yourself into poverty to qualify for formeticade. Some states already do that i was talking about new york and maryland. There's not a ton of provisions that we can do to force states to take up the provisions, as we've seen with se the expansion of meticade a and the fight to expand it. People get disabilities no matter if youare a liberal or conservative, right?
