I think there's different things going on. I think that if you look at it in terms of China's geopolitical ambitions and its ability to develop its navy, I think that's from strength. But the economic situation is more difficult for China because that China still has clearly then and still now some really quite difficult economic problems. And what we can see is that when Biden comes in, that the Chinese are really understanding that tech war is bad news for them,. They are going to be more hurt by it than the Americans.
