The Importance of Living Close to Your Job
In the 1800s, there was a frontier where productivity wasn't priced in. But eventually that frontier closed and now if you wanted to go and buy real estate today, you'll pay full price. And then we built the automobile and other forms of transportation pushed that frontier out again. It opened up a new frontier where it's like, oh, now I don't need to live right next to the factory. I can live in the suburbs.
