obviously I highly recommend your work. It's funny. I have a group of friends who are interested in these similar discussions to the ones they've been having. And effectively all of them have gotten bored of my show. But anytime Athidian drops something, that's all we talk about for a few days. So I've been superseded among my own friends, right, by Athidian's work. I highly recommend it.

Let me assure you that the same thing happens to me, like when I'm at Christmas parties or any kind of events, people are fascinated by what I have to say for all of about five minutes. And then they're like, all right, so you guys see the game this weekend? But

that's a good thing. Yeah.

Yeah. I mean, that's, that, I think that's a good thing because that's a, that's a well-rounded kind of life.

As far as my stuff, you can find The Jay Burden Show on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, anywhere you listen to podcasts. If you want to support the show, you can either do that with our sponsor, Axios Remote Fitness and Coaching, or in the links down in the description. Actually, I should go into more details there. JD, personal friend of mine, genuinely frightening human physical specimen. And if you listen to this and you're like, well, I'm fat and gross. Stop being like that. You can do it on your own. But if you don't know where to start, JD does good work. Again, guys, I appreciate it. This is, I think, will be the last episode of the year. 2024 has been a big year for the Jay Burton Show. It's grown quite a lot. I'm honored that you guys keep listening because, to be honest, I probably would still do this if it was just me yelling into the void. But nonetheless, it's good to see something growing. And everyone at home, keep your head up while I can't last forever. Good night. Good

night. What? What? What? What? What? What?
