Prem: What tips, tricks or just words of wisdom would you leave them with? I think the big lock for me has been learning from my manager onon being able to see the future versions of peope. There's a lot out there that are great lessons for you to learn that don't necessarily exist in the package a management playbook. The way that we might think about it, that i would encourage anyone who is thinking about a transition management to be open to getting inspiration from other places.
