Black holes can range over a huge range of masses and sizes. Sanutari a star is a lot smaller than messer 87 star, which was the original black hole image. But what appears to be clear is that at the point at which you get close to the black hole, it doesn't really matter how big it is. And that's quite an important thing to know.
