The Importance of Culture in Hiring
The most difficult thing to fire is good performance or even acceptable performance but culture is bad. If you have people who are naming each other if they are not supporting then it might be some short term revenue but in the longer run people will not perform. So I think it's better to fire. Even if there is a small team where the team leader is not culturally fit and they are probably sending random means telling people that they will be fired calling up at 6am in the morning and starting with all the foul languages. Eventually the junior guys are not going to perform and it might be a short term revenue for you but in the long run that's going to disappear.
