Kurdish Insurgency in Turkey
As a child, i lived in turkey during the height of the pk gerilla insurgency. I decided to do my doctoral research on the on the pekk and on the curds. And so i went to amed and after that, i travelled to rojavas as well because i wanted to include elements of the y p g and the wi p j or the pigpije and sow. It was very seril to sort of be a battle take place in real time within a distance that you can't even see from your own home. The experience is somahing, but it's also an amazing learning tool for anyone who wants to know more about turkish history
