The amount of dietary fibre that you have will actually absorb a lot of the saturated fat in your food and cause it to pass through. A study looked at whether consuming garlic, lemon, or both lemon and garlic, would reduce collesteral. The findings came out as, if you consume garlic and lemon juice together, you reduce calestrol significantly more than if you just consume garlic or lemon juice. And i had no idea that garlic or lemon were at all related to a coletrol.
