Ryan: I think about even the fact that all of us got so used to jumping on video calls and that to me can be a powerful way to connect with people. You don't know what you don't know until you talk to other people and ask them like hey here's what's on my mind can you tell me what you think. It wasn't until I did some of this networking stuff like joining a discord server or going on forums that I even knew that I was being so severely underpaid in startups. For me you really just have to put yourself out there and like be that vulnerable like you said Ryan. Cheers.
