I think there's something incredibly queer about Freud. And he was celibate for a lot of his life, right? Whether it was voluntary or involuntary, I don't know. He says that there should come a day in which we have a civilization that can recognize the absolute multiplicity of people's pleasures and sexualities. Until we have that, we will keep trying to prescribe things onto people that will make them sick.
