Thomas' Story of the 2009 Dell City Sexual Assault

On November 30th, 2012, Aaron Thomas pled guilty to two counts of rape and three counts of abduction in Prince William County, Virginia. On March 1st, 2013, Thomas was sentenced to three life terms for the sexual assaults of the trick or treaters. One victim testified her name is Tracy Saunders and she asked that her name be provided because she wants to help others as a victim advocate.
