Is There a Book That I'd Like to Read for New Managers?

If I was to pick some more classic management books, the number one book that I recommend to new managers is Slack. And if I was to give a bit of an oddball recommendation, I would say principles of product development flow. Mark: For me, I get the most value out of stories, autobiographical or biographical accounts of the lives of leaders and sometimes teams in a particular high-stakes situation.
