What Is Self-Sabotage?

Self-sabotage in its simplest definition is anything we do that gets in the way of us doing what we want or need to be doing. I'm not talking about procrastinating, but when those behaviours have become so much of our daily routine they're actually pushing us further away from who we want to be.
