How Do You Maintain a Positive Attitude?
In the first episode, we talked about how this can be kind of detrimental to mental health for a lot of people. For some people who might already be susceptible to mental health issues like that, this is just something that could exasperate that. I guess it's nice to feel like i can see danger coming and pro actively prepare for it, rather than trying to react to it when it hits me like a slap in the face. And so for me, knowing, being able to see the signs, it actually calms me down a little bit. Am i still anxious, of course, because i know it's not going to be fun? But i personally rather be in the situation
