There are at least two more stories that I want to touch on that I think are really, really important. There's an intentional parallel being made between the experience at Mount Sinai and the amount of transfiguration. A lot of times God has things happen literally in a way that symbolically teaches us and reminds us of things. You've probably been to Mount Tabore where they built a church to commemorate this and it's got three parts to it. And as you kind of come up, there's all this garden area then there's one part with your church in it. That gateway, you can see the church and it's like about 70 yards away or so.
