There were no female ceos that were running companies traded on the icelandic stock. There is now one, but there are still more men called arney who are running companies. And we see these examples even in other countries where there's more men called john for example. So i think that corporate iceland dis definitely an area where we need to be improving. We're not going to be able to to erase this gap if we plough forward with and leave other people behind.
