Are You Under Employed?

Sometimes the specific market that you're in is over saturated. There are just a lot of people that have your skillset or that have your experience that have your education. Some people may find themselves under employed because they're a skill set or education is outdated. So if you're advanced, then it costs more to hire you. And so there is also the reality of discrimination.
