The Texas Law Requires Disclosure of Content Moderation Practices for Social Media Companies

Texas is not the only state to pass a law requiring disclosure of content moderation practices for social media companies. California, I believe in the last couple of weeks, also passed a law require disclosure of how social media companies moderate certain categories of speech including hate speech. The Texas law says, for example, that you need to disclose how you use search ranking or other algorithms or procedures to determine results on your platform. But I ask myself, isn't that the whole game, right?
