Was It Always the Plan to Be a Real Estate Mogul?
I was never planning on anything at all. I got into real estate by accident, ecause i called my neighbor, cause he moved into a wealthier, a nicer neighborhood than i was in when i was 18 and bored in the summer. It still isn't about how many asids you have; it's more about monthly cashflow. And to this day, and everything that i've read and looked into, i just don't see another industry or business on earth that can give you the sustainable cash full that real estate can. There is no business like Real Estate. You could buy a property to day and potentially pass it down for hundreds of years, and it could still bring an income
