Eating reduces testosterone levels and carrying too much body fat also tends to reduce testosterone levels. A study looked at 14 natural bodybuilders prepping for a show. Those who were dieting saw their average testosterone levels go down by about 66 nanograms per deciliter, but we're still in the normal range.
