The Nature of Person
Take Indian philosophy and take the issue of, say, the nature of person. Some people in Hindu tradition think that a person is essentially a sort of strange consciousness. In Buddhist philosophy there's a sense in which there's no such thing as a person. And so, there are large debates between the Hindus and the Buddhists about the nature ofperson.
