Can the Peter Principle Really Be Real?
The peter principle is a kind of funny shorthand to explain in competent bosses. But could it actually be real? A recent study looked at what happened to sales teams in hundreds of companies across the us. Study's also found that if you don't promote the people who are doing well, or bring in a manager who lacks their staffs technical no, well, the workers don't like that either.
