It's absolutely free to go grounding. The number one thing i tell hem is, don't run out and go crazy about anything. Take your shoes off and put your bare feet on the earth for 30 minutes. You're going to have a reduction of pain. Your demeanouris going to change. Your circulations will improve. That brings your color back. But most of all, the pain and the anxiety, irritability and stress and the anger that's in your body, it all dissipates and disappears. And can't be mad if somebody, if you're sitting outdoors n groundy to the earth. I mean, all that goes away a so.
