The volume of work facing the humanitarian sector is greater than it's ever been. Jeremy Conenday was recently appointed President of Refugees International. He argues there are dollars coming in, but they're not being used in the best way possible to respond to crisis situations. The model of how we finance the humanitarian system has also not kept pace with the growth of the system or with changes in the world.
