China's patenting has been an issue, but most of the analyses suggest that they're actually not super high quality patents. And so also, you know, it does lead to corruption as well when you have these big pots of money and in the semiconductor industry. So I think that a top down approach is great to have money directed to an industry, but there's a lot of areas for waste and corruption which ultimately undermines it.
