How to Deal With Trolls on Social Media
I really believe that your online audience is like a garden and that people kind of have different philosophies with gardens. And if you don't pull out the weeds or address the weeds, they start to take over. I think it's actually easier to grow on social media by not saying anything. It's just easier to be palatable and not say much. But when you move into the type of topics that we are moving into, you're igniting feelings in people so yeah, people get meaner.
