The Government's Wine Cellar

We didn't bottle wine until 18 60, i think it was. It was illegal to sell wine by the bottle between 16 36 and 18 60. The government of this country has a wine cellar for official occasions. They try and sell fund by selling off some really good wines every few years. This allows them to throw an entire party with rubbish, washy wine. And during the second were war, that one of the first aggressive actions of britain in the entire war was to requisition the wine from the german embassy.
