Lux: What Josh is doing right now is setting him up for the next five to 10 years of portfolio companies. He finds companies he wants to eventually acquire, puts a little debt on them, waits for them to default on a payment and then it's go time and he can acquire them on the cheap. Lux: Even if you're in a bubble market, you can still be setting up for when you have that anti-bubble effect. But by no means are we seeing massively levered firms going bankrupted at an alarming pace.
