There's a liquid market place for these names. You check the they basicly connect t a central date base and er, they see if it's available. There are also secondary market places, like cido and others, where you can go and like, bid on these things as well. But essentialy, i'm not that technical, but just from my understanding, like back in a day, like there was a domain name is essentially just a van,. Like anytheoryam address is like exactly what you describe that night character - o whatever.
