Jimmy Sable - A History of the Civil Air Patrol
Jimmy Sable was born in 1926 in Leeds, England. His dad worked in a lower level bookkeeping position at an insurance company. He didn't stay in school at the age of 14. The company was the Clarkson brothers who produced military uniforms. So he was an office boy at a young age. Also from the age of14 on, he also was in the air training course, 168th Squadron.
