We didn't have a lot of the way of savings. Being a single income household in Maryland is kind of tough. So we really took that Rich Dad philosophy of your house is not an asset to heart and ran with that. It took me a while to convince her to read Rich Dad Poor Dad, I think maybe six months or she finally did. And then she was totally on board with it, which is what enabled us to do it because if your wife isn't on board, you're not going to be doing much.
