I was at franklin templeton about three months ago. It's a family owned and run firm, in many ways. Riht th, the johnson family is the controlling shareholder of franklin. And i think good long term decision making often comes back to investments in technology. We'd always had much bigger head counts in technology than than our peers. I find it endlessly fascinating.
