Only about half the patients were on diuretics, at least at the baseline characteristics. Do you think that individuals were less likely to enroll patients in a study like this if they have had hyperkalemia as well? Is that, would that also sort of, I think one of the things we're thinking about with this study is how much of this is the real world when you're talking about this study?
