The pilot program for this four day work week was organized by Boston College and Oxford University to see what would happen if people only came in four days a week. Revenues rose on average by 35% at these participating companies compared to the year before. 15% of workers were so amazed by the improvement to their lives that they said there's no amount of money you can pay them for them to go back to a five day work week.
