The King's Acts Are Not Legitimate
On november nineteenth, 17 87, the king came down in person to convene the parliament. The magistrates were told that they could speak their minds freely and all seemed like it was on track. But just before the votes were counted, the king suddenly veered off track,. possibly influenced by a reactionary minister who whispered something in his ear. And as much as they hated it, there was little they could do but comply.
