I think that there's a long history of computers and software, you know, using systems of consent to basically structure defaults around whatever they want. And so I think that that is pushing us back on the user is so broken. So one area is in this, I mean, it maybe goes back to your idea of empowering people to grasp what's going on. We did a study of Twitter's manipulated media label which is their method of transparency. It was just such a potent example of like this noble intent around transparency in the hands of someone who comes to this with a preconceived notion about Twitter or about AI algorithm being biased.
