If it is genuinely painful for you to slow down, that is a sign that something's not working the way that it should be. You're taking short steps, but your the force that you are producing with each step has not lessened so that you're actualy sending yourself into the air a little bit more. There could be something more common. Ah, to do with your mobility or strength in certain joints, including your hips or your ankles. If we have form deficits or issues at e, and this can happen at faster paces too. It means youn probly need to see a physical therapist. And that's ok, that's completely ok.
