Is the Preaching of the Cross Folly?
The bible says that the preaching of the cross is folly to those who are perishing, but to us. Why? Because they were born under adam with a nature, by divine decree, that they could only deem the cross as folly and foolish. They couldn't do anything else. The kingdom of god is not even visible to us. Only those who have been born of god believe that jesus is the christ. This being brought from death to life that we see in ephesians two is known as regeneration, or being born again.
