Anton: I spend a lot of my time just developing leaders because, you know, when you're running enterprise, man, you got to be enterprise minded. Sustainability as something that's up in the world and how we're trying to have this brand show up around the world are two things that are very important for our company. You put something out there and as soon as you put it out there, you really can't control the response anymore. Not in a world of social media. So it's this idea around authenticity with enough consciousness to know that there's blowback, regardless of intent.
