Humans are incredibly susceptible to shame, am and what that means is that there is so much psychological when you make a mistake, try and cover it up. So i mention blameless culture, and that's really important. And devops, ah, with incidents, blameless culture anywhere, really. Ah, but i feel like it is something that is said, i've heard it. It is said so much that it almost becomes a buzz word. How do you actually have a blameless culture? How do how do incidents lead to learning?
