Sayyeh: In many ways, i felt that i was researching something great importance. The prophecies ballard unleashed on the world are really important in the way that our technological society's developed. He says academic had become this sort of am heavily, heavily manotized, heavily, a undead version of itself. And how i, i, i felt on the outside, and i felt like i am, ye, complete outsider to all that. But i still had these research interests that wouldn't go away, and i still wanted to write about ballard.
