Cheyenne's Death Was a Terrible Tragedy
Cheyenne Chien was found dead in her room at York University. She had only been a student there for seven months. Her former boyfriend Zhao Chao gave police a detailed description of the man who killed her. He said he saw a white male aged between 20 to 30 years old, about six feet tall and 175 to 200 pounds.
