I Have a Mammogram and I Love It
This week Kate, it's not really an intention per se, but I have a mammogram. Yes squeeze those boobs get them in there photos. My intention for this week is just to keep caring for myself with this cold Which means drinking a lot of warm water. Going to bed really early and getting like 10 hours of sleeping. Not pushing it.
