What's Section Two 30 of the Communications Decency Act?
section two 30 refers to the section of the communications decency act of 19 96 where it basically shields these tet companies. It gives them immunity from civil liability for removing objectionable content, or lascivious content. And they've taken that to mean all sorts of things, right? The things that you and i consider main stream conservativism, like the new york posts hunter bite and laptop story, that kind of thing. We as americans can't sue them, or we can try, but we're going to lose in a court because of section two 30.
