Evil is a conscious attempt to violate the conditions that make life itself tolerable. It's aimed at te humanization, destruction of the ideal and, at an even deeper level, revenge against the conditions of existence itself. I'v tounderstand the developmental pathway that leads to acts like that. The thorough account of this that i have managed, i think, at least to partially comprehend are contained in the first couple of the stories in the old testament. And theyre they are strange and mysterious and unforgettable, all at the same time.
