The Resilient Business Model

The last characteristic of the neighborhood treasure mountain pop shop business model maybe it's not a business model it's more of a business approach is that for all of the reasons that I just said this kind of business is resilient. If a natural disaster happens and the building or the building catches on fire and the you know store is wrecked they're not just done they're not done because the community comes and helps to be built. When they fall on lean times even if economy is not that great they keep afloat because the community relies on them.
