I can remember when i first started working in one of john's organizations in two thousand, i was a reader. So every book was preselected around a theme that i wanted to grow in that year. And it riveted me. It was growth mind set that up levelled my thinking,. That increased my capacity to see myself in doing things that i never thought i'd be able to do."
