Choose When It Matters, Not When It Doesn't

Some of your audience may have heard of something called project three 33. This is a global movement where people actually do this. They eliminate choice in their wardrobe. And by doing so, people are reporting the same things: less stress, less anxiety, more calm, happier, more consent, better productivity. The principle can apply to all of us, right? No matter what we're doing. We're using up some of our brain reserve. We're effectuvely accumulating a micro stress dose and getting closer and closer to that stress threshold. So i'm saying, choose when it matters, not when it doesn't.
